Take Control of Your Workspace:

• Step 1. Press and hold the "Down" button until the desk reaches the lowest height. Release the "Down" button.
• Step 2. Press and hold the "Down" button again for about 10 seconds until the desk lowers a little more, slightly rises, and stops. Release the "Down" button. Now the reset process is completed.

Save your favorite height:

• Step 1. Press and hold the "Up"/"Down" button to adjust the desk until the desired height.
• Step 2. Press and "M" button until it flashes.
• Step 3. Press 3 memory presets button to assign the current height to a number on the handset.
• Step 4. To bring the desk back to any of these assigned heights, press the number button.
